As a former Media Spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), her experience is vast. Over twenty years ago Judy started her nutrition and health consulting firm, Nutrition Ammunition, LLC. In addition to counseling literally thousands of private clients for weight loss and medical nutrition leading to successful dietary transformation, she has helped her many corporate and government clients grow and stay ahead of current trends. Pierre Stone
Director of Conference Services, The Broadmoor

Pierre Stone serves as the Director of Conference Services at the Five-Star Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, where she oversees the events team. Previously she served as The Broadmoor’s Director of National Sales. She has over 26 years of experience in Sales and Catering and a degree from Cornell University in Hotel Administration with a concentration in Sales and Marketing. Before joining The Broadmoor, Pierre served as a National Sales Manager for The Phoenician in Scottsdale.


Pamela Bertelson, CMP

MedStar Health/SiTEL

Pamela Bertelson, CMP is a Meeting Planner at MedStar Health/SiTEL. She has been in the meetings industry for just over 10 years. She is passionate about Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Justice including her food choices. She has been vegan for about 15 years. She brings this background with her in trying to make events more inclusive.

Phil Rappoport founded Virlybird to help meeting planners manage their virtual meetings and make the attendee experience soar. He also represents event solutions such as Piccles. Prior to Virlybird, he served as VP and General Manager of the AgendaPop mobile event app. Phil is the VP, Communications for the MPI Potomac Chapter, and is a member of PCMA, ASAE, SGMP, AMPs, and CSAE. He has held management positions at AOL, Surefire Local, Sony, Fox Television, Tribune Broadcasting, and he produced a late-night program for the ABC television network.

As a technology advocate, Vinnu helps clients embrace tools that improve their attendee experiences while making the meeting planner's job easier. With over 20 years experience in conference and event planning, Vinnu's portfolio ranges from working with government agencies including Internal Revenue Service and Department of Defense to social justice organizations like National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance. With her meeting planner hat, Vinnu works with a team of developers at EVAreg.com to customize registration and virtual conference portals. 

Raised as a coal miner’s daughter in western Kentucky, Vinnu stays true to her southern roots by valuing community in both her personal and professional lives. She obtained a Bachelors of Science from Vanderbilt University and a Masters of Public Administration.
