Enjoy Your Stay!...or Will You?

Virtual Program - Friday, September 24, 2021

In our September program, we’ll explore the latest issues facing meeting planners and their hotel partners. Contract modifications and sudden changes by either side — will you make compromises to save the meeting and save the relationship? Some hotels are experiencing labor shortages due to the pandemic, and certain amenities are not being offered, unless the guests pay an additional fee.

We'll discuss how to manage expectations before your guests arrive. Tune in as our panelists will share their recent experiences.
