Eric Commodore, CMP, DESEric is an accomplished association meetings and events professional, with more than 20 years in the industry, including 13 years at NRECA. NRECA represents more than 900 consumer-owned, not-for-profit electric cooperatives, public power districts, and public utility districts in the United States. Eric oversees all aspects of event execution and implementation. Under his direction, he ensures that 100+ events are well-managed from a financial and resource standpoint. He serves as a committee member with the PCMA Capital Chapter and as a member of many Customer Advisory Boards. Eric earned his CMP in 2006 and recently earned the Digital Event Strategist (DES) certification in 2020. He has also received the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate through the University of South Florida.
